But if you have all of them and do achieve smaller wins, then why does it still feel like something is missing? However hard you try, somehow the picture does not come together.
And what do you do about it? You learn more techniques. You analyse patterns. You try to predict the future. But the real breakthrough still does not come. Instead of your account, all that grows is the number of sleepless hours, the frustration and the stress you carry.
Yes, myself included. That is exactly why I know these problems will not disappear on their own. And, however surprising it sounds, doing what you have always done is not the answer either. Even if you pull yourself out of it now and then, you will not achieve lasting success. And that breaks a person mentally too.
Deep down you already know that what you really need is not another tool or the next strategy. You need to put the foundations in order. Higher-level goals require knowledge and self-awareness to work together.

The programme
Mentoring does not mean completing a closed curriculum. It is a longer development process spanning several areas: strategic knowledge, practical execution and mental preparedness developed together, each building on the others.
The programme is designed for those who already have strong foundations and want to build on them a broad but stable body of knowledge that can adapt to market conditions, rather than a narrow, static method.
My story
My goal is to eliminate mental unpreparedness.
My name is Kata Balogh, and I got acquainted with the world of the stock market in 2010. It was then that I realised that stock trading is a profession: if someone wants to trade successfully, they need to dedicate years to learning, just like in any other profession.
However much I buried myself in books, followed the best traders I could find and sat 6, 8, 10 hours a day staring at the screen, the real breakthrough did not come. Sadly it was only later that I realised there is something even more important than technical knowledge: mental preparedness.
Only one thing changed between the first and second phase of my trading life: my attitude. And if you are open to it, I can help you too. So far I have helped nearly 300 people reach their goals. You could be next.

For those who intend to carry on trading seriously over the long term, whether they want to become full-time traders working with their own capital, or to build this alongside their current job. The programme is for traders on forex and futures markets, with their own capital or through a prop firm.
Structure
Training continues after the intensive phase, only the one-to-one calls become less frequent. Participants can stay present on the Discord community afterwards too: the connection does not end when the programme formally closes.
In the intensive phase you acquire the strategic knowledge: a liquidity-based approach, tailored to your own trading.
You apply what you have learned live, with individual homework, follow-up and continuous feedback.
I stay with you after the intensive phase: less frequent one-to-one calls, group sessions and daily presence in the community.
What sets it apart
The programme is not delivered as a video course.
Alongside market and strategic knowledge, the programme gives particular weight to private trading practice and the mental patterns that go with it. The two do not appear separately during the programme, but as complements to each other.
The connection between participants is not limited to professional development. The programme aims to create an atmosphere and a community in which participants stay in touch over the longer term. That frame also leaves room for them to work together on shared projects in the future.
Admission
Group size is deliberately limited. Admission is by interview and/or referral, which ensures that participants start the programme at a similar level and with similar commitment.
The goal of the programme is not for you to complete a given curriculum, but to bring you to a consistent, professional standard of trading practice.
FAQ
Mentoring runs for six months, of which the first three are the intensive teaching phase. Training continues after that, only the one-to-one calls become less frequent.
Based on an assessment of your needs, we can tailor certain elements of the programme to fit your goals better.
At the end of every session you get homework to complete before the next one.
These can be technical or mental exercises, so you try out what you have learned live, and we can build on that afterwards.
Mentoring takes place online, via Zoom.
Sessions last about an hour and are held weekly or fortnightly. The exact rhythm also depends on your trading style and the timeframe you trade.
In the intensive phase two Zoom calls a week are standard, one of which is often a team call, shared practice or study. That way you can have two practice sessions a week.
Yes. Strategic education is part of the programme: I teach my own liquidity-based strategy, built on the foundations of LIT.
A strategy with a genuine, significant edge is the solid base of this teaching. Without it, mental work alone will not produce lasting results.
I believe the forces that move the market know retail strategies, and deliberately send signals that push traders into entries on both emotional and technical grounds, then take out their stops. That is why we also go through how to recognise and avoid these traps.
If you have your own working strategy, we review and fine-tune that too, together with how you build your trade management.
Between two traders using the same strategy, the difference lies in the mental approach, in risk-taking and consequently in management. We bring the better trader out of you.
I teach my own liquidity-based strategy, built on the foundations of LIT and extended with a good number of further elements.
It is built primarily on intraday trading, but swing trading has its place in it too.

Participants have daily contact on their own Discord server. There are individual channels for homework, plus a shared chat, and useful materials are uploaded there as well.

Mentoring is broader than that: strategic education is an integral part of it. If you only need the mental side, coaching is the more targeted and more flexible choice.
