Group sessions · Winning mindset
Trading has two sides: the technique and the person. And you cannot treat them independently of each other.
The technique and the person
And still something turns out differently
You can have a good strategy. You can know the rules. You can know when you should enter, where you should exit, how much risk is worth taking.
Then you are there in a real situation, and still something turns out differently.
- You become uncertain and hesitate at the entry.
- The market moves off without you, and the feeling appears that now you cannot afford to miss out.
- You enter a position, it moves into profit, then suddenly turns back, and in your alarm you pull the stop to breakeven.
- Or it goes into the red, and the decision that now seems right is no longer the one you planned in advance with a clear head.
The mental side of trading is not only about how you handle profit or loss. It is much more about what happens to you along the way.
Thinking · Feelings · Behaviour
What happens inside you while you trade?
Behind your decisions there is more than conscious thought. You are influenced by your earlier experiences, your beliefs, your automatic reactions, your feelings, and by patterns you often only notice once you have already acted.
During the training we look at this across three closely connected areas:
- Thinking
- Feelings
- Behaviour
These are not three separate things. They influence each other constantly. A thought or a belief can change what you feel in a situation. Your feelings can affect how you act. And from your reactions you can often trace back inner patterns and beliefs you may not even have known were at work in you.
And it is not necessarily dramatic. It can be a moment of tension. A knot in the stomach. A click you keep putting off. A position closed too early. An entry justified no longer by your strategy but by the fear of missing out.
What I promise, and what I do not
The goal is not to "repair" you in two days
I do not believe that every old pattern can be rewritten during a two-day group training, or that you can become a perfect trader from one day to the next. That is not what I promise either.
The goal is much more that you understand better what happens inside you while you trade. That you have a map of how your thoughts, your beliefs, your feelings and your reactions connect. And that after the training you have perspectives and tools with which you can observe yourself more consciously.
Because whatever you want to change, you first have to notice.
Technique and person
There are two sides, and they are connected all the way through
People often say that trading has three pillars: strategy, money management and mental preparedness. I see it a little differently. I think there are two sides: the technique and the person. And they are connected all the way through.
It is no accident which strategy you choose. The same trading style, the same timeframe or the same pace does not suit everyone.
And money management is not purely mathematics either. How much risk you can carry and still think clearly, how well you tolerate uncertainty, how you react to the movement of an open position, or when you start overriding your own rules, says something about you as well.
That is why in the training I do not want to separate trading technique and the mental side artificially. We look at how the two work together in your case.
What the training covers
What do we work on during the two days?
Among other things, with:
- which conscious and less conscious beliefs may be influencing your decisions
- how to recognise your own automatic reactions
- what happens to you in situations of uncertainty and decision
- how fear, the anxiety of missing out or indeed overconfidence show up
- how the floating profit or loss of an already open position affects you
- how steadier self-confidence can be built
- how your personality may relate to the trading approach you chose
- and how you can observe the way you work more consciously from here on
Who it is for
Who do I recommend this training to?
- Primarily to private traders who have already experienced that trading results do not depend solely on whether they found the right strategy.
- To those who sometimes know exactly what they should have done, and still did not do it.
- To those who want to understand better what happens inside them in a given trading situation.
- And to those who are not looking for another "secret recipe", but want a slightly better view of the person who, in the end, presses that button.

You are the most important part of your system
I am not promising that after two days there will be no uncertainty left in you. What I want is that when it appears, you recognise sooner what is happening inside you, and react to it less and less automatically.
Because one of the most important parts of your trading system always stays the same in the end: you.
